Reverb is a short looping animation taking place in a strange room in which time and space do not necessarily follow the common laws found in reality. It seeks to explore how the medium is free from any binding limitations and therefore extends this concept to break free one’s own perception of the “real world” around them. The story makes use of a confined space with minimal environmental cues defining the boundaries, giving it the appearance of being infinite while maintaining its size. Making use of the endless video format, Reverb is also able to challenge the concept of time. The character moves forward through the plot, yet by the conclusion, they find themself at the beginning.
